Audit Manager / Senior Manager Financial Services

Responsibilities:

• Manage the audit and review audits of financial (accounting) statements, as well as projects to provide audit-related and consulting services to clients

• Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals

• Developing relationships and conducting long-term cooperation with current clients

• Identify a list of potential clients, develop a strategy and action plan to attract them

• Regular monitoring of changes in the audit services market and the economic sectors in which clients operate.

• Identification and resolution of issues related to risks, as well as compliance with professional ethics and independence of auditors.

• Participation in the planning of audit groups, setting the necessary tasks for conducting an effective audit.

• Project budget management, comparison of actual costs with budgeted costs, excess analysis.

• Holding a final meeting on the results of the work performed with the members of the audit team in order to identify possible improvements during the next audits.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience (experience in international audit firms will be an advantage)

• Experience in applying IFRS and strong technical expertise;

• ACCA, local license (SM) or a similar professional qualification.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfortable working in a digital environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders.
