HR Generalist

We are looking for a strong HR specialist who will combine HR administration and recruitment functions in an international company.
Work schedule: 5/2.
Location: WKO, Aksai
Your responsibilities:

- Full HR administration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Preparation and processing of HR orders (hiring, transfer, termination, vacations, business trips, etc.)
- Preparation of employment contracts and additional agreements
- Maintenance of employee personal files and time tracking sheets
- Advising employees and managers on Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan matters
- Full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end recruitment)
- Active candidate sourcing (headhunting, direct search)
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating interview processes
- Evaluating candidates and supporting the hiring process until onboarding
- Building and maintaining a talent pool
- Participation in employee onboarding and adaptation process

We expect:

- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Experience in HR administration and recruitment
- Ability to work with large volumes of tasks and strong attention to detail
- English level — Intermediate+
