Production Manager Kaskelen

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize production operations, ensuring the achievement of production targets, compliance with quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth and stable manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor production activities in line with approved plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with technological processes, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor timely and efficient execution of daily production targets.
• Lead and manage production personnel, allocate resources, and supervise task execution.
• Analyze production performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within production processes.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, raw materials, and other production resources.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate necessary maintenance or corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, industrial sanitation, and fire safety requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Planning, HSE, and other departments to support operational objectives.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and development of production employees.
• Prepare operational and periodic production reports.
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Escalate production issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FMGC production experience, including experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and process management.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
