HR IS Analyst/NC

Duties:

• System configuration, tests updates of information systems, identifies errors and makes suggestions of bugs solutions
• Coordinates information systems change process
• Informs users on systems changes
• Provides support to the users with data input and processing
• Updates data entry instructions and informs users
• Monitors and analyzes HR information services and systems market
• Analyzes current systems and develops recommendation for optimization

• High technical education

• More than 5 years in such position

• Kazakh, russian, english

• SAP SF knowledge

• Experience of SAP SF Functional consultant and ABAP

• Strong understanding of all aspects of the Human Resources business process and translation of business requirements into SAP SF solutions.

• Experienced in Configuration and Implementation of SAP SF Module in areas of Employee Central, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Platform

• Knowledge in ABAP and ability in Debug standard and custom programs/Reports.

• Experience is developing/using mass upload instument and other data conversion standard tools.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities during implementation.

• Knowledge of Ad Hoc query and SAP Query reporting tools to extract and analyze system data.

• Experience in post implementation support.

• Experienced in SAP SF cross-module Integration.

• Ability to assume a variety of project roles.
