AP Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Receive invoices from suppliers, receive payment documents from business departments, and review, register, and transfer the documents as required by company's internal regulations.
• Effectively communicate with suppliers and business departments about payment documents and processes, and require them to make improvements.
• Responsible for the review and approval of reimbursement and various internal/external expense vouchers, as well as overseas mailing and the complete filing of electronic and physical archives.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly indirect income ledgers (meal allowance, parking, etc.), and the registration and ledger maintenance for special items such as DTM customs clearance registration, terminal business rebate/offset, and tax payment.
• Responsible for the registration of invoices from logistics, procurement, and other departments, and for calculating deduction amounts for engineering suppliers based on contracts, as well as completing the manual registration of related deduction invoices/vouchers.

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, accounting preferable
• Fluent in English
