IND Proposal Coordinator (Специалист по тендерам)

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan Industrial Services LLP provides inspection, industrial, and engineering support services to clients throughout Kazakhstan and the Caspian region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial tender proposals.
• Support pre-qualification processes and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of complete, accurate, and compliant tender packages.
• Maintain tender records and support business development activities related to proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, tender administration, or bid management.
• Experience in preparing tender and pre-qualification submissions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, Engineering, Inspection, or similar industries will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
