About the Program

Key Responsibilties

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipment coordination and delivery tracking.
• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory monitoring and stock availability reporting.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, transportation, customs and commercial documentation.
• Support customer order processing and coordinate deliveries with internal departments and logistics providers.
• Assist in maintaining master data and operational records in SAP.
• Support logistics cost analysis, reporting and operational data management.
• Coordinate document flow, invoices and administrative processes with Finance and other departments.
• Participate in supply chain improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained in 2025 or 2026 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering or another related field.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
