Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers to develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Support lead generation activities and maintain accurate prospect information.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, engineering, or a commercial support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Experience in inspection, testing, engineering, oil & gas, or industrial services will be an advantage.
