Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate HR data from different sources, files, and internal systems

• Clean, structure, and prepare datasets for further analysis

• Support ongoing large-scale HR reporting and analytics projects

• Prepare accurate data, reports, and analytical materials within established deadlines

• Automate routine tasks using programs and Microsoft Power Automate

• Support existing bots and automated tools based on provided instructions

• Use AI tools to improve data processing and reporting efficiency

Qualifications Requirements:

• Higher education in HR, economics, business analytics, IT, or related fields

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience; graduates may be considered

• Upper-intermediate Excel skills, including data cleaning, handling missing values, and structuring large datasets

• Proficiency in programming languages and experience in process and task automation

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate

• Ability to use AI tools for data processing and routine tasks

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

• English proficiency at B1 level or above, Russian proficiency at C1 level, and Kazakh proficiency at B2 level
