Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate import customs clearance process for MAIN and BONDED WH with brokerage companies and WH staff

- Send all necessary documents for customs clearance process according to priority (Technical specification, official letters, permissions, Certificates)

- Prepare all necessary permissions and letters (KNB - Committee of National Security, Ministry of Ecology & etc.)

- Registration new HS codes into the system

- Check ASN numbers in NERP system, and sending to Warehouse for GR to MAIN and BONDED WH

- Check GR status of each air shipments on daily basis (EDI)

- Create stock transfer from Customs WH to Main WH

- Tracing and coordination in-transit delivery

- Check pre-alerts, sent by email from Forwarders

- Controlling and coordination of the payment refund of EAV certification under FTA with Vietnam

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NERP) and EDI tracking.
• Strong knowledge of HS code classification and import regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with regulatory bodies and brokers.
• High attention to detail to prevent customs delays
• Excellent writing skills in both Russian and English
