Senior QHSE Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Organize and control QHSE, occupational health and safety (OHS), and fire safety processes.

• Ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ISO requirements, and corporate standards.

• Conduct inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).

• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Develop and maintain QHSE documentation (policies, procedures, and instructions).

• Conduct safety briefings, employee training, and safety awareness activities.

• Prepare reports and support internal and external audits.

• Act as a replacement for the QHSE Manager during their absence.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• At least 5 years of experience in QHSE, occupational health and safety, or fire safety.

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the fields of occupational health and safety, industrial safety, and fire safety.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Experience in developing QHSE documentation.

• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages.
