Student Coordinator, Heriot-Watt International Campus

Responsibilities
• Support and guide students throughout their studies
• Assist students with adaptation to university life
• Organize meetings, coordinator hours, and student activities
• Monitor student attendance and academic progress together with academic departments
• Advise students on academic processes and course registration
• Assist students with preparation and adjustment of individual study plans
• Communicate with students, academic staff, and administrative departments
• Support students living in student accommodation
• Maintain and update student information in university systems
• Prepare reports and other necessary documentation
• Inform students about campus rules, opportunities, and events

Requirements
• Higher education degree
• Experience working with students or in education is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible and people-oriented approach
• English language proficiency
• Good MS Office skills
