Responsibilities:

• As our sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our presence in the Kazakhstan market. With a proven track record in medical device sales, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

  - Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Kazakhstan market

  - Identify and target key clients and develop strong relationships to secure new business

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials

  - Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and build brand awareness

  - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats

  - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management

• Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in the Kazakhstan market

  - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  - Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy

  - Knowledge of medical regulations and healthcare systems in Kazakhstan

  - Fluent in English, Russian & Kazakh

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  - Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan and internationally as required
