Senior Project Geologist

Private Company “Lakeside Minerals Limited” is seeking an experienced Senior Project Geologist to join our exploration team and lead exciting copper-gold porphyry exploration projects in the Balkhash region of Kazakhstan.

The job is on a rotational basis.

This is a hands-on role for a motivated geologist with strong technical skills and proven experience managing drilling programs, geological teams, and exploration projects from target generation through to drill testing.

About You
• Degree in Geology.
• 6–8+ years' experience in mineral exploration.
• Experience with porphyry and/or epithermal systems.
• Proven drilling and contractor management experience.
• Strong geological interpretation, GIS and exploration data management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English essential.

The Role
• Lead field exploration programs.
• Manage drilling campaigns and geological teams.
• Interpret geological, geochemical and geophysical data.
• Develop exploration targets and work programs.
• Mentor junior geologists and maintain high safety standards.
