Requirements:

Higher education.

3 years of experience in a related field.

English language — B1.

Knowledge of regulatory documents and skills in working with technical documentation.

Experience in drafting and agreeing contracts.

Skills in office applications and EDI systems.

Responsibilities:

Agreements for regulated and non-regulated airport services

Representation and ground handling services outside the Republic of Kazakhstan

Purchase of services and goods through the local market

Purchase of services and goods through the local market, including selected Ground Handling Department services and goods

Procurement of IT equipment (laptops, computer peripherals, antivirus software, etc.)

Procurement of IT services (virtual servers, hosting services, Microsoft products and subscriptions, etc.)

Vehicle maintenance and repair services

Procurement of office supplies and stationery

Services for technical inspection and control of road vehicles
