HR BP/HR business partner

Need to do

• Business support on all HR issues (company staff - 600 employees in Kazakhstan, 60 employees in Uzbekistan)
• Organization, planning and construction of all HR processes/systems between the local office, head office and stores
• Building effective HR systems: recruitment/hiring, adaptation, training system, personnel evaluation, feedback sessions
• Support Payroll processes/systems, participation in the disciplinary commission
• Talent management: supervising career development and succession programs, training, creating career route schemes
• Recruitment control, work with outsourcing/out staffing, mass recruiting projects, robotized recruitment platforms
• Conducting projects on efficiency, involvement, staff turnover, systematization and automation of processes, databases on the Agile system
• Development of HR brand and corporate culture
• HR reporting, preparation of presentations

Skills for position

• Minimum 3 years in a similiar position
• Bachelor degree
• Fluent English is a Must (double reporting)
• Skills of hard &soft competency evaluation/ Result oriented
• Super communicative/ delivered speech
• Good knowledge of Labor code
• No obstacle for business trips
