Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics and supply activities to ensure timely and cost-effective provision of goods and services.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze budget variances.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify supply needs and develop procurement plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze supply chain and financial data and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth supply processes.
• Use Oracle and 1C systems for procurement, budgeting, inventory, and supply-related activities.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or budgeting.
• Experience in budget planning and cost control.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle and 1C is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
