GTM manager

We are an international company and the official distributor of the realme brand in Kazakhstan. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible GTM Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for our products in the Kazakhstan market. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily & Weekly Reporting

Prepare and update daily operational reports accurately and on time.

Compile and maintain weekly performance reports for management review.

Ensure consistency and accuracy of all reporting data across systems and platforms.

2. GS Data Allocation

Manage and allocate GS (Gross Sales) data according to business requirements.

Ensure correct data distribution across relevant categories, products, and channels.

Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in allocation results.

3. PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) Management

Update and maintain PSI reports regularly.

Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and procurement data.

Ensure data accuracy to support stock planning and decision-making.

4. Competitor Analysis Reporting

Maintain and update competitor tracking reports.

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and market activity.

Provide structured data support for strategic decision-making.

5. Advertising & Performance Data Tracking

Update e-commerce advertising performance data, including traffic, conversion, and ROI metrics.

Analyze campaign effectiveness and ensure accurate tracking of key marketing KPIs.

Support optimization of advertising strategies through data insights.

6. Data Accuracy & System Maintenance

Ensure all e-commerce data systems are updated and maintained in a timely manner.

Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across different platforms and reports.

Support continuous improvement of data reporting processes and tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics or a related field)
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

4. Analytical mindset
5. High level of accuracy and consistency
6. Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
7. Ability to work with large volumes of information
8. Good communication skills (cross-department collaboration)
9. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
10. Strong command of Kazakh and English (minimum intermediate level) is mandatory.
