Back Office Specialist

KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support trade activation processes, coordinate field force activities, monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to the effective execution of sales and distribution strategies. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who can help drive business performance and ensure smooth operational support across regions.

1. Job responsibilities

• Implement actions resulting in distribution development;
• Set, analyze and report about sales plans, approval with management, ensure deployment of Sales strategies and activities;
• Ensure FF team operation in accordance with company goals, set targets;
• Prepare, confirm with the management, and set targets for FF;
• Track and control regional Field Force team performance against set targets, provide regular feedback;
• Coordinate and control execution of planned activities aimed to increase handling & visibility of KT&G brands;
• Motivate team members to reach set goals;
• Participate in negotiations with key partners in regions (local chains, WS, key volume building tobacconists);
• Increase loyalty towards KT&G brands and activities;
• Analyze of Field force activities;
• Evaluation of trade partners and proposals for contracts when needed;
• Set/analyze KPI and provide performance review for the team and subordinates individually.

2. Professional Knowledge

• Prospects for the organization‘s development market conditions. and prospects for the development of sales markets for products (goods, services);
• The procedure for distributing financial resources, determining the effectiveness of financial investments;
• Labor legislation, internal labor regulations, safety and labor protection, industrial hygiene, fire safety requirements.

3. Additional Skills

• Competent skills in MS Office (Word,Excel,PPT).
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Analyzing Data skills and techniques.
