Operations manager (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of project logistics and transportation operations.
• Organization of heavy haul, oversized, and special cargo transportation.\
• Planning transportation routes considering restrictions, permits, and project requirements.
• Coordination of vehicles, drivers, accompanying services, and other resources.
• Monitoring transportation schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo.
• Arranging required permits and transportation documentation.
• Coordination of international and domestic transportation activities.
• Prompt resolution of issues and non-standard situations arising during transportation.
• Monitoring downtime, delays, additional costs, and compliance with budget requirements.
• Coordinating the work of the operations team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preparing operational reports and analyzing transportation performance and efficiency.

• 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Experience in organizing heavy haul and oversized cargo transportation.
• Experience in managing an operations team.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of international and domestic transportation processes.
• Experience with route planning, permits, accompanying services, and transport documentation.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
