Administrative & Translation Associate

We are a healthcare management organization operating in Kazakhstan, looking for a motivated local professional to support administrative operations and act as a language bridge between our team and local stakeholders, vendors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide English–Russian/Kazakh translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and correspondence
• Support day-to-day administrative operations (scheduling, filing, coordination with local offices)
• Liaise with local vendors, government offices, and partners on routine matters
• Prepare and translate reports, letters, and official communication
• Assist with documentation and compliance-related paperwork
• Support ad-hoc project and coordination tasks as needed

• Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
