Customer Activation Manager

Customer Activation Manager, Kazakhstan is responsible for defining and developing the main growth & profit opportunities between Mars, Customers and Shoppers in Kazakhstan retail channels, via translating Brand strategies into integrated activity plans and driving secondary display agenda.

Customer and shopper centricity and focus is one of the key business priorities and sources of growth.

Customer Activation Manager is responsible for Mars Snacking business development through deep understanding of market trends and channel development trends, activities development and execution, and driving secondary display agenda.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
• 2+ years relevant experience in sales, trade/customer/shopper marketing, brand marketing in FMCG or at Key Retailer;
• English & Russian – Upper intermediate;
• Experienced in MS/IOS office programs;
• Drives results and engagement;
• Collaborates and balances stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Activation strategies development, leading and execution, with customer and consumer trends in mind, and in collaboration with Brand, Display and Sales functions.
• Being responsible for monitoring and management of Customer Activation volumes (BBs) and budget (CP) for the market.
• Activities alignment with stakeholders, post-launch reviews, activities continuous improvement based on collected learnings, best practice library regular updates.
• Participation in negotiation process with key customers regarding activities calendar and secondary display expansion plan.
• Secondary display expansion plan development according to channel/customer needs in collaboration with Display team.
