✨ About the Role

We're looking for a technical writer who will become the keeper and systematizer of product knowledge. The task is to create documentation for existing and new functionality, keep it up to date, describe business logic, and record changes to functionality.

Regularly publish release notes in a readable format for all departments of the company. Answer questions about product functionality and how it works, and navigate the documentation confidently. Independently develop a documentation process and follow it without waiting to be assigned tasks. Own your own process.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Create initial product documentation: description of business logic, functionality, modules, and their relationships.
• Record changes and enhancements to the product; maintain a ChangeLog.
• Keep documentation up to date as new tasks are implemented.
• Create an internal product glossary (not for users, but for the team).
• Work with tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger — setting up, managing, and systematizing documentation.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to independently gather information and describe implemented features and changes.
• Be the guardian of documentation: track what different teams create, verify and record changes, and keep the entire knowledge base up to date.

🎥 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a technical writer / analyst / system documentation specialist.
• Understanding of how web/mobile applications, APIs, and API documentation work.
• Ability to describe business logic and complex processes in simple, structured language.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Skill in maintaining a ChangeLog and structuring changes.
• English — preferably at a level sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience working at a product company (SaaS, fintech, telecom, etc.), including experience building a documentation base from scratch.
• Experience working closely with product and development teams.
