Assistant Service Manager — Xiaomi Regional Service

Responsibilities:

• Support the Service Manager in managing the local after-sales service network and service providers, with knowledge of Kazakhstan’s service system and consumer protection requirements.

• Support after-sales spare parts operations, including import/export, customs clearance, demand forecasting, and supply coordination.

• Support basic technical service, warehouse, and logistics operations, and coordinate with local service providers.

• Manage processes related to scrapped products and secondary sales products, ensuring compliance with local requirements.

• Prepare, collect, and follow up on monthly service provider payment documents and ensure timely payment completion.

• Support document translation, reporting, data collection, and other daily service management tasks.

• Complete other tasks assigned by the Service Manager and support regional after-sales projects as required.

• 2+ years of experience in after-sales service, consumer electronics, or a related field; mobile phone industry experience is preferred.

• Good understanding of local service operations, spare parts, warehouse, and service provider management in Kazakhstan.

• Fluent Russian and working-level English.

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel within the CIS region as required.
