HR-бизнес-партнер (HR BP)

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement recruitment plans based on business development needs, covering the full process of job requirement analysis, recruitment channel expansion, resume screening and interview evaluation, to ensure timely delivery of suitable talents to the business team.
2. Be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including induction guidance, document verification, signing and management of labor contracts, exit interviews, to ensure compliant and orderly employee relations.
3. Ensure the human resource management of business departments complies with local labor laws and regulations of Kazakhstan, communicate and implement the company’s HR policies in a timely manner, identify and prevent various employment risks.
4. Assist business departments with team management and provide professional HR support, including employee performance coaching, team conflict mediation and employee care, so as to improve team cohesion and efficiency.
5. Track the human resource status of business departments, analyze HR data (e.g. staff turnover rate, labor efficiency), provide HR recommendations for business decision-making and support the achievement of business objectives.
6. Manage comprehensive office administrative affairs, including workplace management, procurement of office supplies, inventory control and distribution, maintenance of office environment, document filing, sorting and safekeeping of certificates and materials.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of relevant working experience in human resources. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRBP is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Chinese and Russian is preferred; English is also acceptable. Able to communicate smoothly with business teams and headquarters across languages.
3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations of Kazakhstan, with solid practical experience in compliance work such as recruitment, contract administration and offboarding procedures. Knowledge of local administration & logistics, visa application and vendor coordination is required.
4. Excellent communication & coordination skills, multi-tasking capability, problem-solving skills and stress tolerance. Able to quickly adapt to business changes and proactively provide HR and administrative support to business departments.

岗位职责：
1. 根据业务发展需求制定并执行招聘计划，涵盖岗位需求分析、招聘渠道拓展、简历筛选、面试评估等全流程，保障及时为业务团队输送合适人才。
2. 负责员工入、离职手续办理，包括入职引导、资料核验、劳动合同签署与管理、离职面谈等，确保员工关系合规有序。
3. 保障业务部门人力资源管理符合哈萨克斯坦当地劳动法规，及时传达并落地公司人力资源制度，识别并防范各类用工风险。
4. 协助业务部门开展团队管理，提供专业人力支持，包括员工绩效辅导、团队矛盾调解、员工关怀等，提升团队凝聚力与战斗力。
5. 跟进业务部门人力状况，分析人力数据（如人员流失率、劳动效率等），为业务决策提供人力支撑建议，助力业务目标达成。
6. 负责办公室综合行政事务，负责办公场地管理、办公物资采购、库存管控与发放，做好办公环境维护、文件归档、证照资料整理归档与保管等；
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中至少 2 年 HRBP 岗位经验优先。
2. 熟练掌握中文、俄语优先或英语，可跨语言与业务团队及总部顺畅沟通。
3. 了解哈萨克斯坦劳动法律法规，在员工招聘、合同管理、离职处理等合规实操方面具备丰富经验；了解当地行政后勤、签证办理、供应商对接实操等；
4. 优秀的沟通协调能力、多任务统筹能力、问题解决能力与抗压能力，能够快速适配业务变化，主动为业务部门提供人力及行政支持。
