Executive assistant to SaT Department

Requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proactive attitude and approach to work
• Excellent managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Good command of English
• Attention to details
• Good typing skills (both in Russian and in English)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Pleasant manner and style
• Feeling for confidentiality
• Result oriented
• Stress resistance
• Experience in multinational/global companies will be a plus!

Duties:

• Diary management and associated logistics
• Screening of calls and handling of queries
• Process incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Set up department meetings (booking meeting rooms and equipment, arranging for technical support, setting up audio/video conferences, booking taxies, making business lunch arrangements)
• Travel arrangements - both local and international (avia r/w tickets, taxies, accommodation, visa support, cash advances, registration to conferences/seminars)
• Prepare and assist with expense reports / time reports / invoices within set deadlines
• Assistance with preparation of Agreements and Proposals from draft to "ready to sign"
• Assistance in Tender Preparation Process
