Обязанности:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including monthly and year-end closing, project cost accounting and payroll accounting using 1C.
• Prepare, review, sign and submit statutory financial, tax (VAT, CIT, IIT, Social Tax) and statistical reports within the required deadlines.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and communicate with relevant government institutions, including tax and statistics authorities and banks.
• Approve payments, monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts and oversee cross-border fund settlements.
• Standardize accounting vouchers, AKT acts and financial documentation; establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team and coordinate external audits.
• Support group financial reporting and communication with the parent company.
• Ensure compliance with Kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation and identify and mitigate financial and tax risks

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Kazakhstan Tax Code, National Accounting Standards (NAS) and applicable accounting regulations.
• Strong proficiency in 1C.
• Solid experience as a Chief Accountant in Kazakhstan-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of local tax reporting, audits and interaction with government authorities.
• Good working proficiency in English for communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations and meet strict reporting deadlines.
