Candidate profile
Experience & Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support (B2C, e-commerce, fintech, IT platforms).
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and live chat tools (Zendesk, HelpDeskEddy, Jira, etc.).
- Experience working with task managers (ClickUp, Notion).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong communication skills, stress tolerance, and a high level of empathy.
Language Requirements:
- Kazakh & Russian: Fluent communication skills for internal team collaboration and interaction with local partners.
- English : Intermediate (B1/B2) written communication skills to handle customer inquiries during night shifts (coinciding with US market hours).
Shift Availability:
- Direct readiness to work a 12-hour\ 8-hour shift schedule, including night shifts.
Location: Offline in Almaty office
