Deputy Store manager for International company (retail)

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and optimize sales operations and processes in line with Customs Regulations, Company Regulations, and policies.
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve sales process efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and business performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related role in retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
