HR Payroll specialist

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

Perform all payroll duties in accordance with RoK labor and tax regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Process monthly payroll using 1C accounting software, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Validate payroll data and ensure proper approvals before execution.

Data Integrity & System Alignment

Ensure that all information in the Employee Database (EDB) is properly populated and fully aligned with 1C payroll data.

Maintain accurate employee records, including salary details, allowances, and deductions.

Regularly audit HR and payroll systems to prevent discrepancies.

Tax & Social Contributions

Calculate and process all statutory deductions, including:

• Income tax
• Social security contributions
• Pension fund contributions
• Other mandatory payments as per RoK legislation

Prepare and submit to the finance department reports for tax authorities and social funds within required deadlines.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure full compliance with RoK labor law, tax regulations, and corporate policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Support internal and external audits related to payroll and employee compensation.

Employee Support

Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Provide clear explanations of salary components, deductions, and tax obligations.

Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance system efficiency.

Support digitalization initiatives and integration of HR and payroll systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in oil & gas or industrial services.

Strong knowledge of RoK labor and tax legislation.

Proficiency in 1C accounting software
