Project Engineer (Civil Structural)

Defining project objectives and scope, articulating COMPANY requirements and expectations.
Develops project plan, including identification of milestones, tasks, resources and timelines. Develops terms of reference, schedule, project charter, and Company guidelines. Incorporates anti-risk measures into the project calendar plan.
Organizing the project team: assigning roles, distributing tasks, motivating and managing team members, determining the degree of responsibility of participants.
Monitoring project implementation: tracking progress, controlling timelines and budget, solving problems that arise.
Informing COMPANY of project status in a timely manner and ensuring transparency in communication.
Risk management: identifying potential risks, developing strategies to manage and minimize them.
Project resource planning and management: budgeting, allocation of financial and material resources.
Interaction with stakeholders (departments), taking into account their needs and interests.
Developing and coordinating changes to the project plan when necessary.
Preparation and submission of regular reports on the progress and results of the project to the management, for the use of the budget. etc.
