Head of Product

ROLE PURPOSE
Lead discovery and development of digital financial products in one of the company's new markets together with a dedicated product team, including product-market fit identification and go-to-market definition.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for product KPIs (e.g. MAU, conversion rates, retention, LTV) and selected P&L metrics (revenue, profit margin, etc.).
• Research the market: industry trends, competitive landscape, local specifics, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to market entry assessment and preparation: market sizing, product proposition, and the launch business case.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs via research and data analysis.
• Come up with product initiatives in line with the company's strategic goals and justify them with a business case.
• Manage the product management team and, where needed, build and develop it.
• Drive product/features development-from conception to launch-with the in-house IT team and local partners.

• Web and mobile app technologies understanding
• UX principles understanding
• Hands-on with analytical tools
• Proven ability to deliver complex business cross functional projects
• Proven ability to set and meet objectives and KPIs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE Education:
• Technical or Financial background.
• English C1 (decent spoken fluency) or better. Experience Target:
• At least 6 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, or/and e-commerce.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of product managers
• Experience in the fintech sector
• Nice to have: experience launching products in new markets and working in emerging markets (Southeast Asia, India, etc.)
