Quality Support Specialist (International Pharm Company)

Responsibilities:

• Register Product Quality Complaints (PQC).

• Register Adverse Events (AE).

• Enter and maintain information in CRMS (Salesforce platform).

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

• Follow internal Quality procedures and reporting timelines.

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

• Support GMP/GDP compliance processes through accurate documentation.

• Good English communication skills (minimum Intermediate level).

• Strong PC literacy and ability to work with corporate systems.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

• Experience in administration, customer service, back-office operations, data entry, or shared services.

• Experience handling regulated documentation is an advantage.

• Pharmaceutical background.

• Medical education.
