IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• End-user support L1/L2 technical user support
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, networks, printing, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365
• Providing support via Service Desk, email, and corporate communication tools
• Escalating complex issues to specialized teams and keeping users informed about the status of their requests
• Incident and request management Logging and processing tickets within an ITSM system
• Adhering to SLAs and support protocols
• Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and technical documentation
• IT procurement (collecting quotes, purchasing, tracking requests, etc.) and vendor management
• Managing company hardware and assets
• Managing the user lifecycle (supporting IT-related processes, preparing hardware and software, and handling user accounts and access rights)
• Managing access and information security (supporting IAM and ensuring device compliance with security policies)
• Supporting business applications and IT operations
• Documenting and improving IT processes

• Proficiency in English (confident working level) is mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, device support, and mobile technologies
• Experience working with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, information security, access management, and IT asset management
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on effective user interaction
• Experience working with vendors: handling procurement, quotes, deliveries, warranties, and licenses
• Ability to independently manage tasks from start to finish, set priorities, and collaborate with international teams
• A university degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred

• Flexible work schedule (options: 8:00–17:00, 9:00–18:00, or 10:00–19:00) available after the probationary period, including the option to work remotely for up to 2.5 days per week
