Planning Engineer

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
2. Previous TCO experience is preferrable
3. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
4. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
5. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
6. Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
Duties:
1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, prepare Grant Chart and communicate with Client
2. Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives
3. Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
5. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
6. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions
