Your Background at a Glance:

• Higher professional education.

• Experience as an accountant/auditor is desirable.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, etc.).

• Knowledge of English – spoken and written.

• Knowledge of accounting and currency control legislation.

• Accuracy (main criterion), responsibility/ownership (main criterion), analytical mind, ability to work with large amounts of information (main criterion).

• Time management, ability to complete work on time (key criterion), initiative, stress resistance, punctuality, communication skills.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• daily control of shipped and delivered goods sold from online store in order to reflect correct revenue and costs amounts in accounting system;

  - managing refund/partial returns/returns of goods for timely recognition in accounting system;

  - manual reconciliation of goods shipped, but not delivered to customers for correct balance amount recognition in system;

  - provision of summary on sales via online store for tax team on daily basis;

  - checking primary documents for online sales (bank confirmation about payments, fiscal checks, waybills, delivery documents);

  - checking with bank daily balance for cash inflows/outflows from online store sales;

  - posting of related expenses.
