THE ROLE

As Marketing Manager for LDB Cluster, you are the architect of our brands’ success in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Belarus. You will hold full accountability for the marketing strategy, steering a high-performing team and ensuring our dermocosmetic portfolio wins in every channel. This is a strategic role that demands both entrepreneurial agility to navigate diverse local markets and the sophistication to manage key relationships with our Zonal HQ in Paris.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Ownership & Stakeholder Management

• Strategy Architect: Define and lead 3-year brand strategy and annual marketing plans for the cluster. Act as the sole point of accountability for brand equity and growth.
• Zonal Liaison: Act as the primary strategic partner for Paris HQ brand teams. Consolidate regional insights, adapt global assets for local nuance, and proactively advocate for the region’s specific resource and strategy needs.
• P&L & RGM: Own the marketing budget, driving ROI across the portfolio. Apply Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles and Category Management strategies to optimize pricing, mix, and profitability.

Team Leadership & Transformation

• Lead the Talent: Empower and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (3 Brand Managers, 1 Trade Marketing Manager, 1 Digital Specialist, 1 E-com Activation Specialist).
• E-commerce & Digital: Scale our digital maturity and e-commerce penetration. Ensure a "Digital First" approach in all activation plans.
• Commercial Synergy: Partner closely with Sales/Commercial leads to bridge marketing strategy with execution at Point-of-Sale (POS) and Pharmacy channels.

Market Mastery

• Deep-dive into the unique dynamics of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Belarus to tailor consumer journeys and media strategies.
• Translate market research and consumer data into actionable commercial opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 7+ years in Marketing, with a proven background in FMCG or Beauty/Pharma (Dermocosmetics experience is highly preferred).
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the retail/pharmacy landscape in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated strength in Business Development, RGM, and category management.
• Management: Proven experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams (Brand, Trade, Digital/E-com).
• Languages: Fluent English (essential for HQ communication) and Russian.
