Job Summary: The DTC M-TOS Sales Manager will serve as contact point for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support. The role includes managing inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and helping clients with any technical or account-related matters on Level 1 support on all DTC M-TOS streams/projects that company operates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-centric attitude, and the ability to resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, other web-based platforms and in-person, ensuring all communication is professional, timely, and helpful.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve clients’ queries/complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with global Terminal Operating System (TOS) and Global DTC’s proprietary DTC M-TOS trends and knowledge to accurately assist clients with troubleshooting, technical issues, or any product-related queries.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention, including loggina and tracking client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as business development and technical departments to further management’s vision for DTC M-TOS
• Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with necessary training and resources to maximize their experience with the company.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports
• Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, IT, Telecommunications (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales (TOS or logistics-related solutions), IT, and management.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian, Kazakh language
• English language (Upper Intermediate and higher), Chinese language (HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi, 4 and higher, technical sphere)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and good organizational skill
