NPD / Culinary Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of new products, menu items, packaging, and LTOs, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation;
• Manage innovation and renovation pipeline in alignment with brand strategy and market needs;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and suppliers) throughout the project lifecycle;
• Conduct feasibility assessments, consumer validation, and product testing;
• Lead product trials and ensure full commercialization readiness with operations and franchise partners;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and food innovation to identify new opportunities;
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards;
• Develop SOPs, product specifications, and training materials for successful product rollout;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Product Development, or related field;
• 2–5 years of experience in food & beverage product development, manufacturing, or NPD roles;
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product innovation projects;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• Commercial mindset with understanding of cost, scalability, and operational feasibility;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Experience in multinational FMCG / QSR companies is a strong advantage;
