About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Training Specialist to join our Kazakhstan team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who loves technology and retail to kick-start a career in learning & development. You will play a key role in empowering our frontline teams with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Training Localization: Collaborate closely with our headquarters team to adapt and localize training materials, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to the Kazakhstan market.

• Product & Soft Skills Training: Design and deliver product training sessions and soft skills workshops for store staff across the region, helping them master Xiaomi's product lineup and elevate their customer service capabilities.

• Training Planning & Assessment: Develop training plans and examination frameworks aligned with business development needs, track training effectiveness, and continuously improve program quality.

• Genuine interest in 3C electronics — you're the kind of person who gets excited about new gadgets, follows tech trends, or is a proud Mi Fan.

• Passion for retail — you enjoy connecting with people and understand what makes a great in-store experience.

• Language proficiency — working proficiency in English, Russian, or Kazakh (any one of the three; multilingual candidates are a strong plus).

• Positive & outgoing personality — you're approachable, talkative, and energized by interacting with others.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint — you can create clear, visually appealing presentations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

• Prior involvement in tutoring, public speaking, event hosting, or any role that involves presenting to groups.

• Familiarity with Xiaomi products and the Mi ecosystem.
