JR. Procurement Specialist

Обязанности:

• Assisting in the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization.
• Researching potential suppliers and vendors to identify cost-effective and reliable options.
• Requesting and collecting quotations, bids, and proposals from suppliers.
• Evaluating supplier proposals based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Assisting with the creation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as department heads and finance teams to understand their procurement needs.
• Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement.

• Experience no less 1-2 years
• Higher economic education
• Knowledge of the English language is preferable.
