Logistics Dispatcher (Capacity Management / Carrier Management / Transit & Delivery Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
Short-haul Transportation Management
Coordinate and manage intra-city short-haul transportation (sorting center to LTL market/service providers)
Ensure timely cargo handover and smooth operations
Linehaul & Intercity Coordination
Manage cargo handovers between cities
Handle exceptions and report issues in a timely manner
Monitor linehaul performance and follow up on transit efficiency
Last-mile Pickup & Execution
Oversee pickup operations and handover processes in destination cities
Ensure smooth execution with local partners/service providers
End-to-end Shipment Monitoring
Track shipment status throughout the entire logistics process
Handle unexpected issues (delays, losses, communication gaps, etc.)
Ensure proper issue resolution and closure
Capacity & Carrier Management:
Develop and maintain local transportation partners (fleets, drivers, market resources)
Negotiate pricing, service levels, and cooperation terms
Build and manage a stable carrier network
Market Research & On-site Coordination
Conduct field visits to logistics markets and service providers when needed
Collect real-time market data on pricing and capacity
Travel occasionally to other cities for partner development and coordination
Languages: Chinese required;
Russian or Kazakh is mandatory for local communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

1–3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with transportation vendors and managing operational performance

Proficiency in Chinese, Russian, or Kazakh (multilingual ability is an advantage)

Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., TMS, ERP, or similar platforms) is a plus
