Key account executive

An international FMCG company is looking for a Key Account Executive to join its Sales team in Almaty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract execution with assigned customers.
• Develop and implement joint business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor contract compliance and ensure timely execution of agreed activities.
• Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the operational side of customer accounts, including documentation, internal coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or B2B sales.
• Experience working with modern trade or key accounts is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the city for customer visits.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
