Finance Specialist/Accountant (Chinese Speaker)

The brand has a certain influence China and abroad, Products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries,and establish a good trade relations with other countries agents.

The company opening an office in Almaty and are looking for Finance & Accounting Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Responsibility:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the local Kazakhstan entity.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely filing of VAT and corporate income tax.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports in Chinese for the Group headquarters.
• Handle banking transactions, foreign exchange, and expense reimbursements.
• Liaise with local banks, tax authorities, and auditors.

Job requirements:

• Language: Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin is strictly required (Native or Professional Fluent level). Must be capable of seamless financial reporting and daily communication with HQ. Proficiency in Russian or Kazakh is required for local compliance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of local accounting/finance experience in Kazakhstan.
• Skills: Proficiency in 1C Accounting software and IFRS/Local GAAP.

Conditions

• 13th-Month Salary: One additional month’s gross salary paid at the end of the year.
• Statutory benefits according to the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (including 1-hour lunch break).
