Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Engineering / Legal / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Business Administration, Master of Science degree (MsC) in the same disciplines will be considered as plus

MCIPS chartered qualified (level 6, as per CIPS professional register) or similar certification will be considered as minimum, executive master’s in business and administration (MBA) or similar education will be considered as plus

Proven experience to manage complex contract packages over 150 Mil USD in Oil & Gas Upstream major projects

9-11 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas upstream offshore/onshore operations and projects

9-11 years professional procurement experience in supply chain (pre-award and post award area)

Outstanding Knowledge of Upstream Procurement Policies and Procedures

Outstanding knowledge of Procurement Planning, Reporting (incl. KPIs metrics) and Vendor Management

Contract management and administration competencies to manage contracts in a rapidly evolving context

High level knowledge of PC applications such as Windows, МS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and SAP

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, Kazakh, Russian

Applied knowledge of effective local content development.
