Chief Executing Officer (Local)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's long-term business growth strategy in Kazakhstan, including market share expansion, entry into new segments, and strengthening the company's position among local and international players in the logistics industry.

• Define and achieve strategic goals for supply chain and transportation network development.

• Oversee corporate budget, P&L (Profit and Loss), and ROI (Return on Investment).

• Build and lead the senior management team.

• Provide overall oversight of company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Represent the company's interests to partners and government authorities in Kazakhstan.

• Drive business growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.

  Report to the headquarters in Europe and Korea, ensuring adherence to corporate governance principles.

• 10+ years of experience in senior management positions in logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding, with a proven track record of business development and scaling.

• Demonstrated success in driving companies to new levels of growth, increasing market share, or launching new business lines (experience in Kazakhstan or the Central Asian region is preferred).

• Higher education — Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (MBA).

• Strong financial acumen, crisis management experience, and knowledge of transportation legislation.

• Solid understanding of the business environment in Kazakhstan: regulatory framework, business practices, and cooperation with government and private sector partners.

• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

• Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
