Staff-A1 Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Support the Real Estate Advisory services within the broader Consulting practice, focusing on real estate valuations, transactions, capital funding, and project management for clients in the real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors.
• Assist in valuing various real estate assets, including offices, retail spaces, residential properties, and specialized assets such as healthcare facilities and build-to-rent properties.
• Contribute to the management and planning of processes for real estate sales, leasing, and structured development agreements.
• Participate in project feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, due diligence, and development strategies.
• Aid in advising on capital funding options and managing market-based processes to secure capital for projects.
• Collaborate with the Real Estate Advisory Project Management (REAPM) teams to provide strategic guidance and leverage digital innovation to improve operations and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, management, or related fields.
• Experience in real estate, finance, or consulting preferred but not required.
• Understanding of financial analysis and asset valuation principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level.
