Senior Project Engineer

Обязанности:

• To ensure a high technical and economic level of designed facilities and high quality of design estimates, quality improvement of urban and architectural-planning decisions
• To ensure the formation of the Project developers team and distribution of tasks, related to sections and parts of the Project and the scope of work between them.
• To monitor technical and economic levels of design solutions and the deadlines of design estimates development.
• To ensure delivery to the Owner the complete design and construction documents as provided in the schedule of the contract for performance of these works.
• To ensure the development of the necessary options to identify the most appropriate and cost-effective design solutions.
• To coordinate with the State Supervision Authorities the documentation with justified and reasonable deviations from applicable standards, rules and regulations, as well as with the interested organizations, which approved these deviations.
• To confirm by an appropriate record in the Project documentation that "The Project is executed in accordance with all applicable standards and regulations, complies with all explosion and fire safety rules and requirements, and ensures safe operation of the designed facilities, provided that all activities under the Project are performed".
• To defend the Protect in higher institutions and expertizing authorities.
• To make proposals to the Owner of design estimates regarding changes to be introduced into the working documentation due to the enforcement of the new regulations.
• To deliver a weekly report on work progress.
• To follow and comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System.

Требования:

• Education: Academic education to BSc. level minimum in engineering or comparable education.

  Language skills: Russian and Kazakh are mandatory.

  English is advantageous.

  Professional experience: Min 7 years
