🌍 International Biotechnology Company | Aesthetic MedicineAn international biotechnology company specializing in aesthetic medicine and premium injectable solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Kazakhstan.

Location: Kazakhstan — home office / field-based

Reporting to: Management in the US

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with exclusive distributors across 7 countries
• Drive sell-out growth through joint field work, clinic visits and commercial activities
• Develop and implement joint business plans with distributors
• Organize master classes, seminars and training programs for aesthetic --practitioners together with medical experts
• Build long-term relationships with key clinics, dermatologists, cosmetologists and KOLs
• Collect and systematise product feedback for medical and marketing teams
• Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports for HQ
• Represent the company at industry congresses and exhibitions in the region and internationally

• 3+ years of experience in KAM / regional sales within aesthetic medicine or injectable cosmetology — mandatory
• Experience working with distributors and driving sell-out growth
• Established network of aesthetic clinics, doctors and distributors in the region is a strong advantage
• Russian — fluent
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher, for regular communication and reporting to US HQ
• Willingness to travel to the countries within the region 1–2 times per month
• Self-driven, structured and comfortable working independently from a home office
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills -ProductsPremium injectable aesthetic solutions and professional cosmetics.
