Reporting and Budgeting Supervisor

The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and other regulatory requirements related to the Company’s financial and business activities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of IFRS combined with the ability to research and develop company positions on complex accounting issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complexity.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Analyze monthly financial results, including interpretation of current-month performance.
• Liaise with external auditors on financial reporting and accounting matters.
• Perform financial analyses and valuation modeling to support new product development initiatives and other business projects.
• Provide ongoing financial analysis support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
• Research and recommend company positions on complex accounting issues in compliance with IFRS requirements.
• Assist in coordinating and administering the Company’s annual audit and quarterly review processes.
• Support the preparation of the strategic business plan.
• Assist in monthly reporting and analysis of budget performance and budget execution
